Stuart Tan
Stuart Tan is known as a powerhouse of knowledge. He is an executive coach, international keynote speaker, psychotherapist, and master motivational Coach, having been a speaker since 1994, to over 500,000 individuals and dozens of organisations across the globe.
He holds an MBA from the Western Michigan University, and an Executive Master of Science in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources from City University Of New York (CUNY).
Through his life, he combated low self-esteem from speaking anxiety and poor grades in school, to become a knowledge magmnet and a regional champion in speaking. As a trusted business advisor, he has helped others grow their business significantly.
He has been teaching aspects of neurological impact ever since his involvement with training, particularly in areas of resilience, mindfulness, leadership and personal mastery. As a coach, he frequently works with dedicated professionals aiming to enhance their perspective to achieve higher levels of success.
Stuart received his trainer’s license in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the founder, Dr. Richard Bandler, in 1997 and 2005, and has also been trained by Robert Dilts of the NLP University with additional skills and knowledge in the field of NLP in 2004 as an NLP Training Consultant. He frequently conducts certification workshops for NLP practitioners and master practitioners in NLP (by the internationally recognised Society of NLP).
He has been interviewed by various media over the three decades of his career, and constantly looks forward to sharing his accumulated expertise to help others gain an edge in their career, business and life.
Ratna Juita
Ratna Juita is the founder and CEO of The Mindgem. She is a TEDx speaker, facilitator, and trainer. She is on a mission to empower individuals and organizations to build resilience, avoid burnout, and increase productivity.
As the co-author of the empowering book “Women Empowered,” She went through a life changing inner-transformational journey through Mindfulness, therefore she dedicates her life to empower more people to design their life on their own terms, at the same time make a difference to the organization and community they serve.
Her incredible work as a well-being facilitator has helped countless individuals and organizations recover from burnout and ignite their true potential.
Ratna has been volunteering her time in Young Women’s Leadership Connection (YWLC), leading community in Singapore to nurture and connect young women leaders through networking, mentorship, leadership development and opportunities to give back to society. She facilitated Women Mentorship at YWLC. As both a mentor and mentee, Ratna has personally experienced the transformative power of mentorship throughout her diverse career. Driven by this impact, she is passionate about making mentorship widely accessible, empowering women to uplift and inspire those around them.
Ratna graduated with a Bachelor in Business from University of London. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) Facilitator and is a Certified Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) Facilitator.
She was interviewed by Channel News Asia, and has also been featured in magazines including Nüyou female magazine. She is recognised as LinkedIn Top Voice, sharing her thought leadership in the area of Well-Being.
