About Me

If you’ve ever felt stuck, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by invisible barriers—know that you’re not alone. 

I’ve been there too. 

My own journey through depression, fear, and immobilizing anxiety taught me that real transformation isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken, but about finding the right support and understanding to rebuild from the inside out. 

And in order for this to happen, one needs to understand the real inner make up of emotions, not just popular psychology or coaching.

Where coaching is concerned, it’s useful with straightforward goals and directions. But most coaches do not have a psychological body of knowledge to refer to. This makes it becomes difficult to navigate the underlying issues that can emerge from triggers and past emotions if they exist.

My passion for helping people started with a fascination for how our minds shape our stories and our potential. Inspired by Dr. Richard Bandler’s pioneering work in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I dove deep into the world of psychology, eventually earning my credentials in Counseling, as well as a Masters in Organizational Psychology.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work with individuals, couples, and organizations across the globe, supporting over 500,000 people to move from coping to thriving. As a trained counselor and psychotherapist, my approach is integrative, anchored in the Psychodynamic Therapy approach with a strong emphasis on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)—helping you understand, process, and transform the emotional currents that drive your thoughts and actions. 

I draw extensively from Gestalt Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been silenced or sidelined by past experiences. 

For those carrying deeper trauma, I am EMDR Level 1 certified, supporting clients as they process and heal from trauma in a safe, structured way, and also enable resources through the appropriate use of hypnotherapy.

For couples, I am trained in both the Gottman Method and Ellyn Bader’s Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, and utilize the Emotion-Focused Therapy approach for couples.

Having worked extensively as a corporate consultant and trainer, I understand the pressures leaders and professionals face—both at work and at home. My dual background allows me to bridge the worlds of personal healing and organizational transformation, bringing practical, trauma-informed solutions to both individuals and teams. With a unique blend of trauma-informed care, organizational psychology, and deep empathy, I work with professionals, leaders, and individuals ready to break free from limiting cycles and rediscover their inner resources. My practice is rooted in confidentiality, non-judgment, and genuine partnership.
