Learn the foundations of neurolinguistic programming to achieve any goal you want… through personal and interpersonal mastery models!
Thank you for learning about my NLP® program! I appreciate that single effort to even ask because it highlights your deep inquisitive interest in one of the most powerful technologies that I personally know for people aged 16 to 86.
Do you wish to empower your life in your work, relationships or business?
If you’re reading this, it’s likely because you’re on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. You might be feeling a mix of curiosity, excitement, and perhaps even a little skepticism. You want to improve your life, but you’re not sure where to start or if the investment will pay off.
Yet, the world today is in constant flux—corporate restructuring, the rapid advent of AI making jobs redundant, and a tough, ever-changing global market are reshaping the landscape. These uncertainties bring with them a wave of fear and anxiety, which can impact every aspect of your life.
While you’re generally resilient, you probably also find yourself at a crossroads, facing increasing challenges in both your personal and professional life.
The fear of losing your job to automation, offshoring or corporate downsizing is very real. In an increasingly fast paced digital world, most employees are already panting just trying to warm up!
The constant pressure of change and unpredictability can take a toll on your mental and emotional well-being. You know as much as I do about stress, anxiety, and a lack of control over your circumstances make it hard to focus and enjoy life… sometimes leading to real burnout.
Amidst these external challenges, you might also be grappling with internal doubts—questioning your abilities, your purpose, and whether you can achieve the personal growth you desire. And you do have the skills and capabilities. Yet, you’re feeling like an imposter in your own backyard.
It sure would be great to have something that can help make this a less painful journey, wouldn’t it?
The good news is, there’s a path forward. Many enlightened trainers, consultants, coaches, leaders and business owners who know that it provides for them an “unfair advantage”. Imagine having the ability to peer into another person’s mind and understand their expertise, capabilities and blockages to their success. Not only will NLP® help you gain a greater understanding of the human mind, it will enable you to use this knowledge to help yourself and others. Through the empowering techniques of NLP®, you can reclaim your confidence, rebuild your identity, and chart a course toward the professional success you’ve always aspired to. This is your opportunity to transform your life and rise above the challenges that have held you back.
You’re here because you’ve faced setbacks that have shaken your confidence and left you feeling adrift. The job market has proven ruthless, and restructuring has pushed you into an unexpected and uncomfortable position. You see others around you thriving, advancing, and living the life you once envisioned for yourself. But with each passing day, your aspirations feel more like distant dreams.
Empowerment is about rediscovering your inner strength and confidence. It’s about realizing that you have the ability to shape your own destiny, regardless of the setbacks you’ve encountered. When you feel empowered, you can take proactive steps towards your goals, make decisive actions, and tackle obstacles with resilience. Empowerment transforms your mindset from “I can’t” to “I can,” enabling you to embrace new opportunities and pursue your aspirations with renewed vigor.
Clarity provides the direction and focus you need to move forward. In times of upheaval, it’s common to feel scattered and unsure of where to start. Clarity helps you to see the path ahead, set achievable goals, and develop a strategic plan to reach them. It eliminates the haze of confusion and allows you to prioritize what’s truly important. With clarity, you can make informed decisions, allocate your resources effectively, and measure your progress, ensuring that every step you take is purposeful and aligned with your long-term vision.

Hi there, my name is Stuart. Some of you know me as the NLP® guy, having spoken to over 500,000 people worldwide. Others may know me as the leadership facilitator that creates intriguing activities to transform the mind and heart of the audience.
I’m here today to share with you that the pains you experience in either getting stuck in anything can be mastered, because this has been my exact journey.
At 13 years old, I was enrolled into a workshop that would forever change my trajectory.
As a student, I was failing terribly. I remember getting grades that were on the borderline of getting me out of what was known in Singapore as the “Normal” stream. And back in the day, “Normal” meant anything but normal. It was a label for students who needed more time to extend their learning. I guess in the good nature of the Ministry of Education back then, it was wiser to give students more time to learn. But the challenges went deeper than just time alone. I was two classes away from the Normal stream, which would have set me back a year, and buried me under labels. I remember trying. I tried to memorize. I tried to work hard. But in my head, it was neither important nor easy. I was introverted and quiet, had few friends, and did not really open up. Without much motivation, my grades were lacklustre.
There were various learnings I took away back in 1988. As a training that focused mainly on study skills and self-efficacy, I discovered the power of accelerated learning. There is no such thing called a good or bad memory, merely a trained or untrained one. From there, the proof was in the doing. In July 1988, from literally out of the blue, I went from somewhere at the bottom of the class to first position. It represented a proud moment for me, and the phrase became more than just a saying.
It was an extension of my identity.
Since then, I’d excelled in my studies, earned my way to various academic awards including my second class upper honors from the National University of Singapore, and earning my top 10% in my Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology which led to induction into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society.
Armed with this newfound belief, studies were no longer a problem. I built a belief that I still have today, which is that I can outlearn anything. I developed a huge optimism for the future. It was bright and exciting. I still recall how fascinated I was with accelerated learning. Where did it come from? How did it become so powerful? What did it really do to me? I was lucky to find books related to these areas.
Superlearning 2000 was a fascinating read. It shared the elements of how our brains work and how geniuses were created.
Coliln Rose’s book provided strategies that made the learning process easier.
Super Teaching by Eric Jensen finally gave me the link I needed – that acceperated learning is an application of neurolinguistic programming.
Yeah, that’s me receiving my Provisional NLP® Trainer’s License in 1997. It seems like just yesterday that I headed up to the Black Bear Casino in Minnesota in the summer of 97 to do this intense training together with Design Human Engineering®.
I had already completed my NLP® Practitioner and Master Practitioner in 1995 and 1996, so the next logical step was to finish off the Trainer’s Training (Charisma Enhancement) that is only available if you train under Dr. Bandler himself.
Then, as if it was not enough, I trained with Dr. Bandler again in 2005, 2014 and 2017, all just to keep pace with any changes that he had made in his training methodology, and to showcase learning of NLP® to people internationally.
All this while from 2002 to 2011, I was a partner in a group called the Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, helped to develop various core curriculum, and had the good fortune of meeting many amazing and wonderful people.
I was training accelerated learning to empower tens of thousands of students. I was delivering NLP® based self-discovery and persuasion skill trainings to thousands annually. I even published three books under the publishing arm, which birthed the new generations of Internet and Digital Marketers we have today.
Eventually, I entered the realm of leadership training, which gave me opportunities to blend business and self-mastery. But fate, as it were, would put me to the test as force me to earn my stripes.
I utilized NLP® to literally help me achieve everything I wanted: wealth, health, academic achievement, overcome obstacles, work with difficult people and a whole lot more. You’ll also be pleased to know that when you train with me, you will have access to my brain: I am the only NLP® trainer in the region who has a comprehensive understanding of counseling psychology, organizational psychology, linguistics and a practical involvement in entrepreneurship (8-figure business founder), business (supported entrepreneurs hitting the 7 and 8-figure mark), publishing and online business success (original author of Secrets of Internet Millionaires – a landmark book for digital marketing in 2007). While this can appear intimidating to some, learning has never been more fun in an NLP® training program. I use stories, humor, interactions and make it very, very accessible so that even a 16 year-old can learn, enjoy and be immersed in the training experience.
The most telling thing about someone who is overconfident is their inability to fail well. Either they are arrogant and egotistical, or they refuse to accept a failure and continue on that negative cycle of habit. That was me. Convinced that I can outlearn anything, I was not able to create true confidence. The universe forced me to faced numerous challenges, from the betrayal of trusted colleagues, unforseen financial losses to the heartbreak of personal loss. that spiralled into many areas of my life. In a sense, I misunderstood resilience to be stubbornness. So, while I recovered from them, I never really truly emptied myself. To me, FAIL means “finally, all is lost”. When you lose everything, that’s when you’re finally free
To go to rock bottom is really a journey that very few people willingly sustain. And even then, being willing to accept that it was because of mistakes that you made – that’s even harder. And I can say, because of those experiences, I hit rock bottom, and was forced to confront my baggage.
So I’m here to be real with you. The path to mastery begins with the fact that failure is inevitable… but it’s merely one small part of life. That’s where learning NLP skills will matter.
Imagine having the ability to understand AND control your own thoughts and emotions on a deeper level. Imagine using that skill to overcome obstacles, manage stress, and build more meaningful relationships.
Imagine waking up each day with a sense of calm and confidence, knowing that you have the tools to navigate whatever challenges come your way.
Picture yourself in a career where you not only survive but thrive, feeling secure and valued despite the rapid changes around you.
Think about the peace of mind that comes from managing stress effectively, turning potential burnout into boundless energy and enthusiasm.
With your newfound NLP skills, you will master your emotions, enhance your communication skills, and unlock a deeper understanding of yourself. This is not just about coping; it’s about excelling. You will build resilience, foster meaningful connections, and achieve a level of personal and professional excellence you once only dreamed of. Embrace this journey and transform your life, making uncertainty a thing of the past and success your new reality.
In many of my programs, I share how true empowerment comes in the following forms. Resilience, Energy, Adaptability and Learning.
Overcoming significant challenges and setbacks has fortified my resilience. Twenty years ago, the betrayal and theft of my intellectual property by trusted colleagues resulted in a loss of $300,000 in booked revenue. It was a heart-wrenching experience, but instead of succumbing to bitterness, I chose to embody resilience. The very next day, I let myself speak vulnerably in my flagship motivational program (over 80 participants that time), demonstrating that setbacks can be transformed into opportunities for growth and strength. This vulnerability not only opened up others to recognize that time and tide waits for nobody, but also the ability to bounce back and adapt to changing circumstances is a cornerstone of success. It’s not just about facing adversity head-on. It’s about chasing what stops you from being resilient and emerging stronger. I hope to help you internalize and develop this unseen muscle.
Energy is the lifeblood of perseverance. It’s what fuels our drive and keeps us moving forward, even when the path is filled with obstacles. But the world is uncertain. Sometimes, it feels like you’re wading through mud while carrying a heavy load on your shoulders. The feeling of sinking can be overwhelming enough for you to simply give up. But I realized that this shows us a lot more about ourselves. It means we don’t have the means to recover our energy quickly. I’ve utilized NLP® to harness this energy to stay ahead in trying times. Your energy is your most valuable resource—nurture it, and it will propel you towards your goals.
In a world that is constantly changing, adaptability is crucial. It’s a great feeling when you can predict everything, right? But we know that it is impossible to know everything. The good news is that even if we don’t know everything, we will know enough to adapt. Just like the Wolverine healing factor where anytime you get cut or shot, you simply heal immediately. This basically means you just need to take the hits, and let nature take its course. I’ve experienced setbacks that I don’t wish on anyone. They are painful. But I do want you to understand that if you avoid difficulties, you can’t exercise your adaptability muscle. In a simple situation like developing fitness, your muscles can scream to stop . But if you have adaptive control over your inner voice, you can find yourself pushing harder and build the strength you need. Adaptability is about being open to change, embracing new opportunities, and navigating the complexities of modern life with grace. It’s not just about surviving; it’s about thriving in an ever-evolving landscape.
Continuous learning is the bedrock of personal and professional growth. If, as a poor student, I could rise to earn my MBA from Western Michigan University and Executive Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from City University of New York (CUNY), I believe this capability is available to anyone. NLP® is led by an attitude of curiosity, the pulse of learning and modeling without bias. Learning is a lifelong journey—embrace it, and it will open doors you never imagined possible.
You master whatever you consistently do, even procrastination.
Having been heavily influenced by Richard Bandler, I looked at situations where consistency took place. I mean, it’s true that excellence in performance happens everywhere, right? But often, we miss the obvious patterns of behavior. I came to realize that consistency is the most accurate predictor of performance. And poor, consistent performance has a pattern too. So when I looked at how people created looped patterns like anger, fear, procrastination and the like, I realized that people did things in their minds that enabled them to be so masterful of these hat they could produce limiting and mediocre results. There are essentially three elements to the Mastery Triangle.
Repetition (rr) emphasizes the importance of consistently repeating actions to build habits and mastery over time. Just like in physical exercise, repetition helps to solidify skills and behaviors. The principle behind repetition is to look for a singular unit of completion. For example, you do a bicep curl, and that is one repetition. If your unit of completion is effective, you will develop strength or muscle depending on your training style. However, most people don’t correct their form, and as a result, the more they train, the more injuries they get. This is why effective repetition is key, requiring a clear process or system to follow.
Intensity (in) involves increasing the challenge or effort in each repetition to push the boundaries of comfort and achieve significant growth. For example, gradually increasing the weight in strength training or the duration of meditation. More often than not, people give up halfway, and end up practicing how to give up. Instead, with intense repetition and correct internal linguistics, you are likely to build intense emotional states. These establish a powerful anchor to what you do, and help you to access states that actually move you forward. In NLP®, state management strategies are key for you to re-access these intense states. Psychology already tells us that learning is state-dependent, and if we continue to develop our ability to access effective states, we are going to develop effective habits.
Language (L) refers to the use of language and self-talk to influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The right language can amplify the intensity of emotional drive and reinforce positive habits, and is considered the cornerstone of neurolinguistic programming.
When you master the principles of the Mastery Triangle, the implications are profound and life-changing. Imagine consistently transforming your goals into achievements with ease and confidence. By applying Repetition, you develop habits that become ingrained in your daily routine, eliminating the struggle of starting from scratch each time. Enabling Intensity pushes your boundaries outside your comfort zone, fostering resilience and ensuring continuous growth. Utilizing the right Language empowers your mindset, turning self-doubt into self-assurance. As these elements come together, you unlock a powerful framework that makes success not just attainable, but sustainable. With the Mastery Triangle, every challenge becomes an opportunity for growth, every setback a lesson, and every goal a stepping stone to your highest potential.
I bet you don’t read much research! I’ve been reading research journals a lot. So that’s why I know that some people try to discredit others’ theories and approaches. For instance, in the minds of the vocal few, NLP® is a fad phenomenon. The problem becomes more serious when non-licensed NLP® Trainers, or people claiming to know NLP® but aren’t even licensed by Dr. Richard Bandler, try to mix different things and spoil the reputation that NLP® has.
As a psychologist who researches clinical interventions, organizational leadership and training, I have had access to some of the most reputable research in the world that strongly supports multiple ideas and principles in NLP®. Do you know if you can you harness your beliefs so that you can become more powerful? Could you even become healthier simply through your thoughts? Professor Ellen Langer of Harvard University demonstrated that this is no longer myth. Can a thought make you more productive at work? Shawn Achor, author of the Happiness Advantage and a speaker on TED.com further demonstrates proof that happiness can be constructed by thought.
A large number of research that tries to test NLP®hypotheses are done by people who themselves have no background on NLP®, or have little exposure to the development and utilization of NLP® itself. So, how can they judge? Ultimately, it is important to remain open to the ideas behind NLP®, and remain an active skeptic in order to test the ideas, and make a judgment yourself. In my case, I have spoken to hundreds of thousands using NLP® for their greater good. Just like electricity, you don’t need to know how it works for it to actually work.
NLP® is a toolkit and a way of thinking. Those who have tested it effectively, know how it works. There are so many really good applications in NLP® (that, incidentally have been adopted in other practices incognito) but you need to also start to discern useful applications from those with limited use. This is important for you. You will then learn to project a positive and professional image where you go, from the school of training that you are from, and know what you are talking about and still balance it up with the appropriate knowledge in application. At the end, you want to rise to the occasion to demonstrate effective practice that generates results.
It is through my decades long period of exposure to training and a highly disciplined knowledge- accumulation process that has led me to where I am today. I wish to share this technology and knowledge with you for your own growth, prosperity, so that you will be able to create the good in the world that is lacking. My intent is to help you to learn, as a professional, and move into NLP® and make it your lifelong toolkit for ever growing sucecss, ensuring that it is grounded in the sciences, while allowing creativity and clinical judgment to see you through your work with other people. This way, people will notice the value that you provide.
NLP® is a set of powerful tools for modeling excellence in other people. The idea of modeling is not new. In fact, organizational psychologists have been utilizing cognitive modeling as a process to identify job tasks and competencies for years. The only difference is that NLP® helps to weed out processes that are more specific, rather than just a generic cluster of knowledge, skills or abilities. For instance, in a job analysis, a human resource manager might be able to find out the tasks that are required to be carried out in a job, but may not be able to interview in a manner that determines standards of excellence. This is the key difference when I did the modeling project for the Singapore Armed Forces Shooting Contingent. It wasn’t that the soldiers did not know how to shoot well. They had limited understanding of their internal emotional states and mental processes that caused wide variations of their ability. By zooming down to how good shooters did their work, they could model the mental and emotional processes that behavioral modeling had missed.
Hence, NLP® can be used to model literally any skill you desire. Drawing from the study of general semantics and information processing theory (Korzybski, 1933; Miller, Galanter and Pribram, 1960) and systems theory, we can look into the language we use to understand how thought processes flow. This expands your knowledge, personal development capability and career or business progression. On top of that, modeling success helps you to move to that same success. This training is designed to develop competence in you as you seek licensing to practice NLP® and its related processes. It is a certification measure to ensure you the quality of a good practitioner.
You know, there’s a big difference between standard goal setting and creating well-formed outcomes. When we set typical goals, we often just pick a target, like “I want to lose 10 pounds” or “I want to finish this project.” These can feel like checkboxes we need to tick off—pretty transactional, right? More importantly, is this your goal, or someone else’s goal? Is it something that society has labelled as important for you to have? Woah, hold on. You don’t want to get sucked into identifying with the meanings that society has for you – or else you can attain all these goals… and still feel empty on the inside. Worse, aiming to do this upsets a very important alignment with your core purpose… if you have already clarified it. At best, it feels uncomfortable or superficial. At worst, you end up causing yourself even more problems along the way. Like a person losing 10 pounds might sacrifice family lunches or eat poor quality food just to arrive there. Sure, you lost the weight, but you also lost yourself along the way.
Well-formed outcomes take a different approach that’s way more brain-friendly and holistic.
Instead of just focusing on the end goal, well-formed outcomes consider the whole journey. They help us think about the process, the resources we need, and the deeper reasons behind our goals. It’s like saying, “I want to feel healthier and more energetic by losing 10 pounds through regular exercise and better eating habits.” This way, the outcome is positive, actionable, and aligned with our broader aspirations.
What makes well-formed outcomes so effective is that they engage our brains in a richer, more integrated way. They ensure our goals are not just tasks to complete but steps towards meaningful progress and personal growth. This alignment with our deeper values and intentions keeps us motivated and satisfied because we’re not just doing things; we’re moving towards a more fulfilling life.
A lot of individuals mistake NLP® as a motivational program only, because other similar programs seem to use NLP® techniques. As I mentioned, NLP® is a modelling tool and allows you to get to learn any skill. But it first teaches you how to be able to use your own inner resources. Participants who come to our program don’t just get motivated. You will:
Of course, the ultimate force multiplier is me. It’s my 30+ years of experience playing with NLP® that makes a huge difference. I’ve been looking at ways to make NLP® far more accessible and relatable, so that you can place your efforts in developing yourself in a special way.
You don’t need to listen to me. Just look at the facts:
By choosing to learn from me, you’re not just getting a trainer; you’re gaining a mentor who is deeply committed to your growth and success. I understand the fears and uncertainties you face in today’s turbulent world, and I’m here to provide you with the tools and support you need to conquer job anxiety, beat burnout, and achieve true personal and professional excellence.
One of the difficulties is the way to manage people around you. How well can you connect with them so that you can bring out the best in your team and organization? Do you know how to win people over so that they are motivated to accomplish the tasks you set out to do? These days, the power of engagement is not just about employees feeling that they are occupied with a worthwhile task at the workplace. Rather, it is about the way a manager interacts and connects with their team in a manner that brings out meaning and motivation. Imagine if you had the right skills to connect with your people well, so that they are more productive in the workplace, wouldn’t you have better, unhampered progress? I’ve worked closely with MNCs, financial institutions, government bodies and statutory boards to show them how they can connect with and engage with their subordinates better, so as to create a positive workplace culture and help the organization progress as a whole.
Managers and Founders can attend this NLP certification program to:
• Establish effective communication practices in the workplace for better teamwork;
• Handle any difficult employee with ease;
• Improve employee engagement in the workplace, leading to higher morale and work satisfaction;
• Reduce the costs of ineffective leadership and management;
• Maximize workplace engagement through effective managerial communication skills;
• Influence and motivate your employees to achieve greater results in what they need to do!
Reaching out to your students or mentees can be challenging. NLP answers questions such as how to motivate them, increase their confidence levels, help them to aspire toward higher goals and ideals, and remove mental and emotional obstacles that may lie in their way. Whatever area of content you intend to transmit, NLP approaches are powerful to help your student, mentee or coachee to achieve extraordinary performance.
I’ve been involved in training hundreds of teachers in a self-renewal program called “Growing from Within”, which was lauded as one of the most enriching programs they have attended. This program was primarily based in the technology of NLP!
Personally, I have been involved in helping to structure the mindset of different teachers, coaches and athletes utilizing NLP approaches, and even spoke with the Asian Games (Doha 2006) competitors from Singapore. More recently, I had a hand in working with Royston Wee, Singapore’s first UFC mixed-martial arts representative, who went on to win his debut at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, January 2014. I’ve worked with various teachers from different schools from the Ministry of Education, teaching them communication strategies to reach out more powerfully to their students.
Speakers, teachers, coaches and mentors can attend this NLP certification program to:
• Achieve skilful knowledge transfer through the effective use of NLP language patterns;
• Produce a powerful performance mindset;
• Raise confidence and positive beliefs about achievement goals in your students or mentees;
• Understand and exploit the psychological mechanisms that can consistently lead to higher performance under pressuring situations!
Many participants take time out because they are moving out of their company due to planned or unforeseen circumstances. As a result, some may not be prepared to experience the world outside of the shelter of their previous schedule, environment and structure. This means the need to increase versatility so as to adapt to the world they need to step into. If this is your need, you can expect to:
Just to remind you of the many excellent benefits of NLP® as applied to an individual, and really, to emphasize that as long as you want to apply it, it can be a powerful resource for you in life.
Some examples of achievements of our past participants include:
In this segment, which takes approximately 16 hours, we look into the components of NLP that form their basic pillars.
In this segment, which takes the next 24 hours, we look into the linguistic components of NLP.
In the final 20 hours of in-class interaction, we create opportunities for understanding modeling.
*This training and licensure can be followed-up with our Motivational Coaching Certification training, to expand your know-how about working with clients one-on-one, as well as a Master Practitioner training, which is the Advanced Level of NLP® training. I want to make this clear to you up front, so that you know that there is training progression. You also can take up NLP® Business Practitioner and Master Practitioner tracks, as well as the coveted Licensed NLP® Coach certification, which is the highest level above the NLP® Master Practitioner Certification.
